I’m always amused by how different Tescos stock their products by affluence of the area*.
Right on Notting Hill Gate, fill your basket with Tesco Finest salmon en croute, duck confit and vintage champagne. Dinner party? You can also buy lemon soufflé, because you’re sure not gonna make it yourself!
* By amused of course I mean outraged. What, so poor people wouldn’t appreciate some steak Diane and dauphinoise potatoes? Tescos, I’m ashamed at these bourgeoise snobbery notions of yours.
