Terravision

The worst bus company ever.
I took it once, and it is the last time ever. Rude staff, they are of no assistance at all.
I forget my bag on one of theiir bus. 10 min after I realised my bag was not with me I called their office to ask them to check the bus immediately before anyone left it. No one was able to reach the driver nor their team in the coach station. They didnt give me any news about what they were doing, or if they were trying to assist me and find my handbag.
It was impossible that someone on the bus could have take it. It was under my seat. I am thinking that maybe someone from Terravision team just took it and keep it for themselves (It is an egyptian bag, leather very nice). So no professionalism whatsoever, no efficiency, even thief.
DONT TAKE THIS COMPANY!
Pay 1£ more, and travel with a real professional company NATIONALEXPRESS. You will never be disappointed as I was trust me. dont wast your money paying an incompetent staff that doesn’t give a shit about their costumers. They just take your money and then leave you if any emergency.

The cryptically named Terravision is the better of the two shuttle options to Stansted airport for East Enders as it departs from Liverpool Station. I believe it departs from another station as well, but I’m talking about myself here. It’s not quite as cheap but still very reasonable and the ride is similarly streamlined, especially if you’re heading out in the early morning as so many of us find ourselves doing.
