First time at Stretch, vinyasa yoga flow with Lisa. Instructor was great, good energy, nice semi-challenging flow and plenty of modifications offered. Receptionist explained where everything was when I checked in, which is always appreciated. There were some negatives though but mainly about the space: the yoga room was fairly long but narrow and the students were stacked in four lines one behind the other. There were 19 students crammed in that small space and it was very hard to see and hear the teacher if you were in the last row(giving the«crane» pose a new meaning… As in crane your neck trying to see!). It was also hard for the instructor to move around and make sure students’ alignment was correct because it was so cramped. I think the instructors should teach at the long side of the room, rather than at the narrow head of the room, so that more students can see/hear better. The number of students should also be limited to 15 so that the teacher can have the space to move around and help students.
