The kiosk on St Duke’s Square used to house small outlet of Patisserie Valerie and now offers a choice of small artisan food stalls. Love the idea of a mini version of the weekly farmers market. I tried a gluten free polenta parmigiana which came with a side salad. I’m still peckish — perfect excuse to return for a vegan cake later. This place is more about small helpings of good quality than big plates of junk. A healthy treat — especially on a sunny day, there’s plenty of seating on the square.
