With reference to the review concerning an eyebrow wax I own & manage Sophie Hunter Health & Beauty and would comment as follows: The client concerned did not have the wax incorrectly applied, she suffered a sensitivity reaction, this may well have been a first, but the stress of an impending wedding can cause the skin to react in unusual ways. However, my issue with her comments is not that she had a complaint, every client has an obviously legitimate right to express any dissatisfaction, but that she says we were unapologetic. This is just not true! We are in the business of keeping clients happy & providing treatments that are really good, really work and are totally enjoyable, we accept that her eyebrow wax was not as she would have wanted, but to claim there was no apology and that we did not respond with the utmost customer care is both untrue and unfair.
