Unfortunately my review of this jeweler is everything but great!
I had a ring which i need to have repaired. The ring was just a normal silver ring with a weak spot which needed to be strengthened.
They send my ring away for a quotation and i received the quotation a week later. The quote came in at £50. I contemplating paying this extortionate amount because of the sentimental value i had attached to the ring, but decided against it.
It took another three weeks before i could go and fetch my ring as they kept on calling to advise that it has arrived, when it never did!
I found the staff very unhelpful, obviously seriously overpriced (as i had it fixed at another jeweler for £20).
