«An Adventure In World Politics» The place was packed with people and the interior was small with many tables crammed in. It was so tight, you couldn’t sit with your chair back from the table at all, and getting out of your seat with someone behind you was an adventure in politics. I don’t know his nationality, but the man sitting behind me was kind of upset that I wanted to get up to go to the restroom; he seemed to swear at me in a foreign language that I couldn’t place. But besides that, the food was very good. As with virtually all London restaurants we went to in our two weeks there, there’s pretty much only one vegan entrée on the menu and that’s Pasta Arrabiatta, so that’s what I had to order, being vegan. My boyfriend went with his staple, Margherita Pizza, and yet again, this turns out to be nothing more than a plain cheese pizza. In America, it’s very different. But they were both very good and we would recommend them. Service was a bit slow, but it was a busy time of day and like I said, they were packed. Definitely worth stopping here.

Ok, I agree that it was a bit cramped. However it also added to the closeness and charm of real world Italian. I had a large group of 18. We waited only five minutes and they accommodated us. The staff was fun, energetic and treated us like family. The food was fairly quick. I ordered an appetiser of mozzarella garlic pizza. The kids ordered cheese pizza and when the saw the appetiser they nearly finished it off themselves when I informed them it was only the appetiser. The look on their face was priceless. The pizzas came shortly there after and it was very reasonable in price. £7−9 for a pizza. £7−9.5 for pasta. The portions are large. I ordered the fettuccine pollo e fungi. Oh so tasty. I had to go back again the next night to get take away of the same dish. No complaints on the second day either. I would recommend this place if they can keep up the charm and good food.

Reasonably priced, friendly, good food and quick. Maybe a little cramped.
