Terrible service. Loads of customers waiting and the manager Sam ignores everyone while he fixes a printer. No communication to the customers everyone Betty frustrated. It took me 30 minutes to scan a few pages. When I asked what is the price of a scan he shouts across the room «1 pound per document», so I reply «what does that mean? 1 page, 10 pages? All in all rude!
Very disappointed.
