It is a comfortable single room located in the basement level of the Balham Lodge. Nice enough but missing some simple touches that grade it as a rather basic experience.
1. You disrobe behind a screen but are not supplied with a towel or robe for the walk from behind the screen to the bed
2. No pillow on the massage table so she rolls up a towel or 2 as a pillow, makes for an uncomfortable 90mins
3. Having a facialthe therapist didn’t bother removing eye make-up.simply skirted around the eyes!
The therapist is very nice and friendly so a couple of tweaks and she’d be on the right track, for now, not worth the journey
