Very good kebabs, bushgirl is right about the bread. My mate Max lives down Loftus Road and swears by Solomans but I prefer this place. Still not a patch on old Andy’s in Turnham Green(now called Lara’s and not as good). Jim

This place used to be called Shabab — which is an excellent name for a kebab shop, but for some awful and unjustifiable reason they changed it to Sayed al Saddat Restaurant. In my heart it will always be known as Shabab. This kebab shop is clean and generally quite pleasant. What marks it out is the bread they use. They freshly bake the bread for each kebab they serve and the bread is deeeelicious. Generally I only get shish kebabs(I think shawarma meat is always dodgy, wherever you venture) and the ones here are tasty tasty tasty with the fresh hot bread. The only downside is that it obviously takes a bit longer, so it’s not as fast as some other fast food. A friend of mine describes the fresh bread shish kebabs(which come with salad and your choice of sauces) as ‘lush’, and I concur.
