Royal Mail

Often the place I have to go to collect parcels not delivered for whatever reason. The worst part of collecting items from there is the opening hours. It used to be just open 07:00 — 13:00 Monday to Saturday. So if you worked all day you stood little or no chance of collecting your items. However in a master stroke by Royal Mail it is now open 08:00 — 20:00 on Wednesday’s. This means that you stand a better chance of not having to cue forever on a Saturday morning!!!
There is no parking available so if you have driven you will need to keep an eye out for the wardens who enjoy giving out those pesky parking tickets which cost far to much for 5 minutes of parking, but that is a whole other argument which I do not wish to get into right now!
The staff are, in my opinion, always polite. Depending on the time of day and how many people are in front of you will affect the speed at which you get seen to.
A necessary evil which with the opening hours changes is a much better experience.
