Rose Morris is one of the many musical instrument shops on Denmark St. It is a pretty standard shop all in all. The shop is a bit bigger than some of the others on the street, but the selection is not that great. There’s plenty of guitars, but a lot of them are not at the high end of the spectrum. I guess that can be a good thing, as it is very likely that you will be able to find something affordable. Overall, there is nothing too special about this place, but there is not much to complain about either. There is a definite focus on guitars in this shop, and you won’t find too much that isn’t guitar related.

Rose Morris is the most pretentious music shop I have ever walked into. The staff are«not bovvered» and unhelpful in the music production section. It is one shop but there are three levels, the first levels is sheet music and tablature, with helpful videos and learning books with a wide range of genres. On the next level is a wide range of musical instruments at a decent level. With individual rooms for acoustic and electric guitars. This is where you go when you can afford to buy the best. Outside of the music production section the staff are happy to answer questions and know their stuff.
