Very expensive. Colour is not what i wanted at all. Cut was so rough I had to soften it myself. I waited 1 month for an appointment but yet, i was the only client in salon! Owner didn t smile or say a word to me, she was on her phone at all times. I paid £200 for bad colour and bad cut. No creativity for cut, don t know the basic like fringe or making a swipe. I d say super un profesionnal. Girl that took care of me was nice. That s it. I doubt business making money to survive. Sounds more like a boyfriend or daddy is paying for it, that s my opinion. If u like fashion, creativity, profesionnalism. look elsewhere

I was really surprised with how great my experience was here. I’ve had a ton of hair mishaps but when your salon is 6K miles away, you’ll find what you can. I phoned the day of and made an appt to which they graciously accepted. Had the pleasure of meeting a lovely south african woman who’s name escapes me now who was simply marvelous. Not only did she let me know some of the things I wanted would not look good on me(thank god for honesty), but when I wanted other stuff done it turned into a discussion of points, and face shapes and a real education in what looks good on me. It was great. She then followed what I already had and just reshaped it which is exactly what I wanted. 6 months of growth was not cute. I was given a lovely juice and some chocolates(who doesn’t love choco?), and just was met with an over warm welcome. The price, wow. Ok, so you get 20% off for being a first time client but my cut was only £38 to begin with which honestly is super cheap to some of the other hair salons i’ve seen and been to and run away from. The price was excellent(my husband was pleased I didn’t take a mortgage out), the location was superb(nothing better than around the corner from your house), and the staff were super kind and talented. Couldn’t write enough nice things about this place.
