Great, very nice friendly and professional atmosphere. They made space for me to get a Brazilian wax at late notice, and were very accommodating. The wax was not at all painful, and the price is good for London standards. I will definitely be becoming a regular now. Thanks so much Relax!

True to their name, they make u feel relaxed and welcomed. Try the 30 min chair massage it is worth every penny! And ask for Paula or Jo Jo, don’t let their petite exterior fool u these girls got some power on them.

I love a massage. I get them from time to time, but really I — and anyone else who sits behind a desk for 9 hours a day — ought to get them regularly.
Relax is really handily located in the middle of Covent Garden. It offers chair massages, which are good if you only have a few minutes (or a few £), but the upstairs area is where they do the full-​on stuff. It’s big, open, modern and inviting. The massage rooms are dark, quiet and — well — relaxing.
My boyfriend and I booked in to get sports massages at the same time, and they ended up putting us in the couples massage room. I thought couples massages were for fancy-​pants aromatherapy relaxation sessions, not elbow-​in-​your-​butt-​crying-​in-​pain-​but-​the-​good-​kind sessions. It was amazing.
We’re going back next week.
