The receptionists are the rudest and most discompassionate human beings I have ever met… they are like a brick wall but then a brick wall is probably more compassionate because at least you can lean against it.

This is my neighborhood clinic. The doctors are fine but the older women at reception are pieces of work.
Sitting in the waiting room and observing how they treat some of the people who walk in is often shocking. So be prepared to be annoyed by the front desk staff. They’re good examples of everything that is bad about unions and the NHS– rude, inefficient, bureaucratic, indifferent. You can tell they’re punching the clock until it’s pension time, know they can’t be fired, and could really care less about much else.
I also think the pin on the map is wrong. The clinic is further down the street.
