I visited several Pret a Manger locations and the redeeming quality of this no-​bathroom for customers coffee shop is its free wifi.
Their coffees and croissants are exquisite. It would appear that London does not go wrong when baking croissants — fresh, buttery and flaky. Although they have more easily edible food options (sandwiches and soups already individually packaged), I only came here for the croissants, coffees and teas — my pit stop for using the wi-​fi.
Depending on the location, seating is spared. This location and the one near St Paul’s has few tables — it’s more a take-​out place for the office workers nearby. Meanwhile, the one in the Strand is large with a patio to boot!
The staff are very helpful and friendly.
