The staff here are just so unhelpful and slow. There’s always an enormous line that takes forever to move. Also, be careful if you use their ATM machine outside. There’s often a false front on it and it doesn’t return your card then your account gets completely emptied.

Arrive early! You normally have to wait a long time in this post office.
The staff are rude sometimes… but complete sweeties at other times. It is a normal, slightly understaffed post office!
They are supposed to close at 6:00pm…but they quite often stop serving before that. I have been shouted at by cleaning staff at 5:50pm for attempting to line up for a stamp. *sigh*
Oh! And you can’t get your ID checked and certified at this post office… you need to walk down the road to the Post office near Holborn.
