If there was an option to give zero stars I would. Having ordered and paid for a delivery over and hour and a half ago, and having been hanging on the phone in an automated queue for the last 30 mins of that with no response, I have finally given up and ordered from Dominos. Which means having paid double for a bit of bread with stuff on it. Very hangry now. Seems to be no way of actually contacting a human being. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again. EVER.

Appalling! We’ve used this service often, but now, never again. The pizza took 1 and a quarter hours, the order was incomplete and the driver said he’d bring the rest of it when he’ finished his rounds — erm no, not good enough. Complete order please. He then insisted on seeing our card, repeatedly suggesting we might be fraudulent despite us passing all security by ordering on line; we asked for a refund for the non received items we were told ‘I will have to see if my manager will allow this’. we said, we would like the refund, we purchased on line so we should get a refund for goods NOT received — we said, we don’t want the item in half an hour, we’d like it with our pizza or not at all. He returned 10 minutes later with the missing item. Aaargh. What a disappointing transaction. The driver was not unpleasant, just untrained — I would like to stress it is not his fault, but we will not use Pizza Hut for some time, if ever.

Come on guys, it’s Pizza Hut! Next you’ll be reviewing the street furniture! It really doesn’t deserve any stars. Lazy, mass produced, globalized grob fashioned out of chemicals, and sold at outrageous prices. Pe-​leeeez!
