The store is small, organised and staffed with very lovely and helpful people.
Having explained what it is exactly that I was looking for (and finding it not available), I was informed that Pickett can have it especially made for me. With a choice of any leather and colour I desire.
The wait would be a number of weeks, but considering I can essentially design my own product I was very pleased.
Staff were informative, intelligent and were able to not «judge a book by its cover» unlike other stores. –This being due to my casual dress.
A great place to buy a gift for that friend/​family member we all have who owns everything.
