Me and my friend… or rather: my friend and I were feeling like snuggling up in cosy chairs and relaxing over a drink or two while being consumed by various depths of the conversation. I always struggle to find something like that in London. Off course you can do it in the comfort of your own home, but then you have to fix the drinks yourself and do your own washing up… naaaaaa
Have you ever fancied having people around you yet being completely unaware of them? You know… the kind of feeling you get in a big bookstore where you can get lost among the aisles leafing through the potential buy, yet you don’t have to keep quiet like you do in the library
Well this is something like that!
Let me introduce Piano Bar at the Sheraton Park Tower Hotel :)
Spacious, so you don’t have to listen on someone’s conversation but concentrate on your own to the sound of live piano accompanied by the soothing voice of the pianist himself. Don’t worry he doesn’t play anything too serious, in fact you will be amused by how many of the songs you will know the words to or some kind of memory will spring up.
This place doesn’t get full as such, nothing like Mandarin Oriental’s bar across the road or Berkley’s Blue Bar round the corner
As you would expect from hotel’s 5* rating: substantially long menu of various drinks. Not-​so-​light food menu ensures you’re not drinking on an empty stomach either.
Well-​trained staff will not interrupt your session every 5 min to offer you more drink
So you can truly «sit back and relax» just as we did. Enjoy!
