Visited on a Saturday morning for a pretty standard framing request and was given very good service, some background on the technique and a range of options which were priced up at a very reasonable level (I’d been to another place for a quote prior to this and was quoted 40% more).
Paid on my card, looking forward to seeing the product.

In a word, rude. Nothing bothers me more than bad customer service and this being my second time in this shop i’m yet to be treated with any kind of respect. I went back today hoping that my last bad experience was a one-​off but yet again I left feeling angry at the way I have been spoken to.
I am only interested in buying the ready-​made frames as their made to measure ones are out of my budget and rather than accept this and courteously try to help me pick one that might suit they are just not interested, they literally stop talking to you and refuse to help. Even when I then went and measured myself and picked one from the shelf not so much as a smile from the woman as she took my money. Will be avoiding from now on. Rude, horrible people.

Phoned to get advice. They gave me clear advice on why a ready made wouldn’t suit the picture I’m framing (non standard size, borders would be wide). I asked about time to get a frame made to fit, and rather than blag me, they were honest and said they couldn’t make a frame in my timescale. Friendly, informative, courteous.

Awesome range of frames and some of the best advice I’ve ever had on framing. Kevin really knows his stuff and produces some beautiful work! I needed something in a hurry and they found me a readymade frame to take home that day 5* service
