I want to like this place much more than I do: decent food, wine, cocktails, but the service is just… beyond lacklustre. It’s like they forget they have table service. Every single time I go in (I work in the building) it takes 10 minutes to get menus and often another 10 – 15 minutes to get an order in. Paying is like pulling teeth.
The last time I walked up to the counter after waiting for 10 minutes and one of the staff looked right at me and then turned around and walked away.
Should be four stars, but the inability to order and pay makes it 2.
