Thank you to Sue. She’s the lady who made my cake and it was gorgeous. I had this idea for a cake and just didn’t know how it would look, but after discussing it with her, I felt so much better. The cake turned out great and everyone at my party was astounded that the details were so perfect. We almost didn’t cut into it, but were glad we did as it was lovely. I wanted different flavoured tiers and, of course, I had to try each one (more than once just to make sure). The only down side was the two pounds I gained because I have no resistance to good cake. (Thankfully, it’s gone again now.) Thanks a million Sue. [I should mention that I was on holiday in London and went to Pat-​a-​Cake Parties because it was recommended to me for a family get together. I’m glad I did.]
