Highly recommend this gym. It is very reasonably priced compared to other gyms in the area. State of art equipment including an infra red sauna. You also get discounts on local restaurants included in the price and access to personal trainers. Staff are very friendly. Lots of classes included in price.
Unfortunately, there is no swimming pool, although they are planning to open a gym with a pool in Enfield shortly, which members will have access to. Main complaints are that the changing area and main gym are a bit smelly and the room in which classes take place can get too hot when full. Bring your own towels as they do charge extra for this service.

paramount gym has a fresh and friendly atmosphere, the staff are very helpful, equipment are top of the art, (nautalius) american brand. i recently started training with one of the trainers and has help me dramatically, thanks juls!
also must mention classes are extremly good, they offer a wide range of classes and is all included in the reasonable gym membership.
the only critism is there is no swimming pool.
