It’s 4 minutes walk from my house but yet I choose to take a 10 minute bus to cineworld. It’s ridiculously expensive with a pathetic loyalty program (and when I complained they compared their loyalty program with Sainsbury). I was still going there Only because it’s near to my place but they stopped giving the option of choosing your seat (I guess the first cinema in the world to do that). For cineworld I get tickets directly on my iPhone and odeon charges a fee for online payment too.
They are loosing big time and will close soon

Definately over-​priced but very large, so many films are shown at the same time. Allowed to take in food from Morrisons next dorr which is good as it is way cheaper. Easy access from the bus and also the train and tube and so good for kids parties. Use any sort of discount you can– student discount is especially good and this makes you feel like you are getting your moneys worth– unless you are watching a film with Daniel Craigin which case it was worth every penny: P

This Odeon cinema can be found in a great location literally a stones throw from Wimbledon station. It’s a pretty standard Odeon although it does have quite a few screens and is always showing the latest and popular films at various times during the day so you should be able to find a time to suit you easily. It also has a food and sweet sections for any snacks you might want for the film.
TIP: I always try to visit the cinema at quiet times of the day so usually try to go straight after work for the 6pm-​7pm showings which are much quieter if you are like me and don’t like crowded cinemas.

The cinema is like many other odeon cinemas, a little bit over-​priced but overall nice with good, large screens. There are a huge number of overpriced good which are available to buy such as pop corn, ice cream and drinks, the usual. The staff are helpful and there is a good student discount which you need id for but is significant and so worth it.
