Northcote Music

Small local family-​run classical music shop on the Northcote Road, bursting with files containing sheet music and shelves of musical books. Very helpful lady who works there keen to offer local advice and expertise on the classical music scene in Wandsworth.
Also sells a range of instruments, does repair jobs, can order sheet music, and supplies choirs. How often have I sat at home racking my brains for the nearest choir rental place. Well, now I don’t have to. I know where it is.
Really good to see places like this thriving, there aren’t enough classical music shops around in our digital/​computer-​playing age. I say put down your online hang-​man, re-​arrange your Ying and Yang, and find your inner Lang Lang.
