I went to this place in 2005, all I recall is marginal food, the good company of English skateboarders (from the Glorious North™® no less), and some very unhappy gangsta looking African gents knocking over chairs, apparently frustrated at the service they were receiving. That alone nets it 5 stars in my book. I’ll definitely return, and I hope to see the same pro-​wrestling, chair tossing spectacle.

The noodles at Noodle King are fantastic. I ordered the stir fried vermicelli with vegetables one day and a vermicelli soup the other. The ingredients are fresh and well-​prepared with large portions. They also offer a buffet option which I opted out from. I recommend choosing from their menu and not the buffet as the food looks dry at one extreme and greasy at the other; and the options seem to sit there all day until they’re finished. This is the biggest eatery I’ve been to in the Deptford area. It has a very casual and slightly aging huge indoor atmosphere meaning that their tables and space are plentiful. Food is cheap here too.
