Just bought a Hans Olsen table and chair set from the other shop in Cornwall. They are THE most helpful shop I have ever encountered. AMAZING service, I love the table and chairs and Mike is the nicest guy ever! Highly recommend.

nice collection of furniture and bric brac but cant help but feel having lived in stokey the last 15 years more shops are opening and taking us residents as mugs. if your going to charge these prices get a shop down the kings road

I thought this was a great little shop with tons of excellent original mid century designs. There have been a lot of ‘retro’ shops spring up over the last year or so and the majority of them are either full of modern copies or tatty wooden furniture. What I liked about this place was that it had really good quality furniture, glass, ceramics and some great posters. I spent a small fortune the first time I visited but the stock seems to change quite regularly. Stoke Newington is full of good shops and this one is a really good reason to visit.

Nice enough little retro shop, with classic 60s and 70s furniture, glassware and so on. There is a shop in Essex Road, islington that is very similar but a bit cheaper, but the name escapes me. Somewhere to go if you can’t be bothered trawling charity shops and markets.
