Inconsistent service and quality. Very poor sense of customer service and very expensive. I’ve been going there for two years and I have never received a smile from the woman at the front desk or a genuine thank you. I’ve tried to accept their poor service attitudes because I like the location, but I’ve now given-up. I won’t be back.

nothing more than a bad quality file and polish. these women have obviously never had a mani/pedi and for a little more in any other small salon you can get a good quality service.
this is not a ‘get what you pay for scenario’ because at £40, you are being ripped off
