Went on a Sunday evening for some fish & chips. I asked for haddock, they didn’t have it, so they suggested cod instead. Medium cod (£4) and medium chips (£1.40) for a total of £5.40. There was a lot of both, so everything was very filling. Chips were pretty good — not soggy at all, and very crunchy. The cod was not bad, but the batter was too thick, so in the end it wasn’t pleasant eating.
The place is really small, with just a few tables. Interestingly, they have large London black and white photographs on the wall, and a sign that says you can’t touch them.
