So this morning me and my husband decided to go for coffee at Munson’s with our 2 children so i went in and my husband went to get cash(they don’t have pay by card option!!!), both my kids were sitiing on their chairs playing with some wooden sticks only to be approched by the extremely rude guy who runs the place«please keep your voice down as you are bothering other customers» i replied back«we r not even loud» and guess what? He said quoting«you are loud for this café». Only then i have decided to get up and leave, called him and said we are leaving and that i go out with my kids to coffee shops all the time and not once have i been asked to keep quite which he replied to without even bothering to look at me and while walking away waving with his hands«well i am sorry that you are leaving and you are more than welcome to go to Costa», by then i had nothing to say to this horrible person except that you are one rude man and i left. Never again and i am sure you will never succeed, being rude to your customers won’t help out. People like you shouldn’t be allowed to deal with the general public in the first place.

Nothing special about this place The setting is tasteless and the guy running the place is irritating. Go to café panorama next by for a better coffee.

Wannbe coffee shop. Owner is rude. Food and coffee are average. I was told off by rhe owner telling me that my kids are loud while they were perfectly fine having — this was a first. The place takes cash only for no reason. Will never go again and will make sure I tell people I know.

Independent coffee shop with friendly service. The inside has a secret corner with the wall decoration giving you the feeling of sitting in a cozy library. Outside seating is also available which looks out onto the calmer part of Ealing. There is a great selection of home-made cakes, tiffins and muffins as well as tasty Vegan and healthy savoury/sweet options. The coffees only come in regular size though, even if you ask for a large one. MUNSONS has a rustic and unique atmosphere, so highly recommend it if you’re out to look for something other than the chain coffee shops in the Ealing area.

I’d never been to this place before: I bought a sandwich, which was fairly good and came with some nice salad. Can’t really complain about the quality of the food it wasn’t amazing, but it was decent. On the other hand, I found the customer service to be extremely poor. I usually don’t care much about the service in a café, but without actually having any disagreement with them I felt like I was being treated like a complete idiot simply because I’d never visited the place before. I’ve worked in customer service before and it’s extremely easy to fall into that the public are all idiots trap just because of a few bad experiences. There’s no excuse for it and I certainly won’t be rushing back.

Excellent local café. Came here straight off a transatlantic flight — just needed somewhere to work and have a few coffee’s to strive off the jet lag. They have great coffee, better than average panini’s and best of all around 10 street side tables outside. They have a pretty location, sunny on both sides and just opposite some pretty old antique shops and an art gallery. This is a good local haunt frequented by the local yummy mummy’s and students alike. Their own brand packaged coffee is also worth a look. Roast by London’s Coffee plant it’s a good alternative to the staple brands in the supermarkets.

I was not that impressed. It’s a nice place and the coffee is good, not great.
