I have had about 6 trainers over the past 4 years and all of them were more or less the same — average at best. Same moves, same generic knowledge of the body and how it works, general diet and nutrition understanding, etc. Essentially, I spent money to have them teach me and tell me things I already knew or could have learned from a fitness DVD for £6.99. I started training with Hannah about 4 weeks ago, 3 times a week, and can’t begin to tell you the differences. Every move is new and catered specifically to me and where I am physically. The exercises in the plan all have justification as to where and how it works your body and the benefits. Every session is clearly planned and not one has been the same. On top, she has given me tons of helpful and knowledgeable advise about diet and nutrition. Most importantly, mixed with all of the above, the sessions are fun and I am already seeing results. Her business partner, Claude, is usually training at the gym as well. Between them I have seen nothing but professionalism, dedication, knowledge and a true enjoyment in seeing their clients successes. If anyone is looking for a trainer, whatever your level or goals are, I 100% recommend move three sixty.
