I really can’t say much for its authenticity; however, the Japanese food options here are fresh and varied. Sushi, soups, spring rolls, salads, and wraps all priced differently depending on whether you are eating in or taking away. The tuna and salmon sashimi salad I bought was very fresh and filling for around £8. It comes with 3 slices of each fish plus special spicy sauce, salad, pickled cucumber, and glass noodles. You can pair it with an order of edamame and/or a miso soup for the complete Japanese meal experience.
