If you want rude, overpriced and generally BAD, unfriendly service then you have arrived to the right nail salon. I went in there for a shellac pedicure, and even though the board in the salon said £30, they said the prices had gone up to £45. When I questioned this they told me I could pay the £45 or leave. I should of walked the hell out of there that instant. But I was running short in time and I needed to get a shellac pedicure for the wedding I was going to later that day. Had to swallow the price because I had worn trainers and therefor could not get a regular pedicure. The nail tech did a bog-standard, bare minimum, pedicure to my feet. When the polish smudged by placing the UV lamp over my foot, I pointed it out and nicely asked her to please fix… and she responded, begrudgingly, that there was no smudge!!! I had to point and say: «yes, there is, please fix it». She did after sighing loudly and rolling her eyes… Overall, just completely unsatisfied by the prices, level of service and experience. Not even a smile or a friendly word. I would happily pay £45 for a great pedicure and chipper attitude. I hope they get new staff and start accepting cards ASAP. So remember ladies, bring cash.

Basically the sort of mail salon I miss from America. Mani/Pedi combo is around £35, manicure alone is £12. I was in a big rush, and they got me in and out without an appointment in less than a half hour. They also have a good selection of OPI, Essie, and Jessica nail polishes and do Shellac nails(not tried those yet). I see they also do waxing, but I haven’t tried it. I’ll certainly be back for nails though! CASHONLY!
