Does what is says on the tin. Fish and chip shop, it also sells the obvious battered sausage and pies ect ect. They seem to get it just right in this place. The chips are cooked perfect not to soft not to crunchy, the food is also not to greasy although we all know you can’t cook these types of food in anything but oil. Lol… what I’m trying to say is some places the food still tastes like its in a pot of oil. Price is about average £1.20 for chips and £1.30 for saveloy. Cod is about £5. The shop is also clean and tidy. If ya passing and fancy fish and chips it’s well worth a try.

Excellent fish and chips from a tiny shop on Essex Road. Large cod and chips is one of the best around, not much more to say!
