This is another indian restaurant that i love to visit — The good thing about Meehak, and one of the big differences between them and other indian restaurants is that they don’t have that greasy feel to their meals. I’m not saying they are healthy, but they don’t have that fatty after taste other indian restaurants leave you with. The food itself is delicious and flavoursome. I’d rate the food highly but the service is also excellent. Well worth a visit or two!

Mehak is one of the many small Indian restaurants in Hounslow. Like the others it does an all-you-can-eat buffet for £4, which is tremendous value considering how good the food is. The décor is kitschy Indian though more tastefully done than many of the others — hence my description of it as a restaurant and not a curry house! The buffet usually has 3 vegetarian, and 3 non-vegetarian dishes, plus one dal, two types of rice, some snacks and a dessert item. The food is tasty and not floating in oil like most restaurants of the ilk. Very good.
