Service was good but the food was appalling. asked for a chicken faal and got chicken soaked in tomato purée and chilli powder.
Seems that there’s too much emphasis on filling a bowl of food up with sauce and not food. You get 4 small pieces of chicken in a litre of sauce. Naan was over priced too.
Won’t be going back here again

TAKE OUT SERVICE
Meal for four came to just under £40:
Sag Paneer — Creamy and a little sweet. A few more pieces of cheese would have been nice, but was flavoursome all the same.
Mushroom Madras — This was requested off menu. Spicey kick and tasty.
Mushroom Rice — Smelt good, tasted fresh.
Pishwari Nan — I didn’t try it, but my friend was throwing it back without complaint!
Vegetable Madras — Well made, with large chunks of veg.
EAT IN
It gets busy here on the weekend, but the waiters are very hospitable and the food is presented really well. Nice venue or a family meal.
DELIVERY SERVICE
Unfortunately, this really is in need of improvement. The wait is crazy long (up to an hour) and, on one occasion, when it arrived the bag was leaking. The driver was happy to hand over, but I sent it back. The restaurant was apologetic, but then they missed out some of the order on the second delivery! By the time the third delivery arrived we had finished eating… quite funny really.
Despite all of the above, I will probably still visit here again in the hope it was just a one off issue.
