Zero rating from this store. Since it transferred to the shard customer service and stock control has gone bad. This morning a five minute queue, the manager was not helpful, and it took him a further seven minutes to provide me with a customer service number.

Super convenient if you are staying at a hotel closeby. I was staying next door at the Hilton and went in here to grab a soda or some snacks. It’s small, but it has a good variety of meals to go and an abundance of snack items. The check out if efficient and I found staff to be friendly.

The yum-yums sell out so quick at this place. You really need to be on the case.

I love this M&S in London Bridge Station, just because it is so convenient. And the food is such good quality, it’s worth paying a bit more sometimes, especially when you’re tired and hungry. It’s just fantastic to know that if I’m coming home to an empty fridge, I can pick something up here and look forward to a decent meal when I get home. This is doubly true when coming back from holiday. You get the train back from Gatwick to London Bridge and you know you can buy provisions here. Brilliant. I remember the feeling of getting home to find the cupboard bare and all the local shops closed. What a hungry and frustrating experience that was. Now I don’t have to worry. Thank you M&S!

If you’re looking for produce or other bring-home grocery items, like prepared«meals» that need to be heated in the microwave, this place is probably good for you Being a tourist in a hotel w/no microwave in our room & looking for something simple for a late night take-away, it didn’t hit the mark. And when you’re RIGHT across from the Hilton Tower Bridge, you probably should be expecting some touristy patronage Why is Tooley Street such a wasteland on a weekend night?!
