I like Percy Pigs, I like Colin Caterpillars, I recently discovered Percy Piglets and I like them too!
A teeny-​tiny M&S Food which sells mostly, erm, food! Great to run in for a naughty afternoon snack and not good for much else really.
Does serve booze though — always handy to know!
Oh, and closed on weekends.

Need some flowers in a hurry? Never fear for M&S is here! Right? Wrong… well at least not this one anyway.
I walked in to see the most depressing scene since laundry hour on the incontinence ward. I mean, you could literally see the sad faces on the flowers.
You would think because of it’s location (seconds from Farringdon station) it would be primed for business, knowing that the city folk often need emergency apology bouquets.
Do I need to say it, no I don’t but I will, I was not impressed, I’m still not impressed, M&S I expect much much more from you.

In need of an afternoon pick-​me-​up we popped into M&S. One look at the wee raspberry panna cotta, which came with a tiny silver spoon, and I knew I had to have it. Back at my desk, this demure dessert was everything I hoped it might be: sweet, creamy, and only about three mouthfuls.
This M&S is a trimmed down, express version that caters mostly to the area’s city boys so expect a lot of ready to eat lunch and snack items but less in the «stocking the pantry» category.
Items of note:
— The hours of this shop seem to be the most broad in the area 7:00 — 23:00, Monday-​Friday!
— They have wine by the glass!
