Quite good value for money however service leaves a lot to be desired. We put a deposit on a car and agreed to collect it at a mutually agreed time. They didn’t have the car ready but what’s more, they didn’t even call to tell us as much. They were slightly apologetic but overall extremely casual and in fact they seemed out of their depth, in terms of dealing with customers. They weren’t bad guys but I know the owner but away and he would be shocked if he saw how unprofessionally his business was being run in his absence. Btw, we recently discovered that there was no spare tyre (i.e. the boot was empty). Is this usual? Also, the windscreen wipers were quite flimsy and needed replacing within weeks.
