I thought I would try this as it’s close to where I live. I won’t be going back. I got a manicure and pedicure which was £32 — good price, but the old adage you get what you pay for is definitely true. No one in the salon speaks English well enough to be understood. I wanted a particular type of manicure/​pedicure, but just couldn’t get the info across to them. There were other people there also struggling to communicate, so it wasn’t just me. I know that the procedures can be somewhat uncomfortable, but I walked out BLEEDING, I had to ask for alcohol on cotton wool to clean the areas before I left and no, they didn’t give me a discount despite my injuries. Also, I noticed that they didn’t keep their tools hygienically. She even buffed my BLEEDING fingers with buffers that had obviously already been used. It was an unpleasant, painful and rough experience and despite the low price I wouldn’t darken their door again. AVOID.
