This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room itself was acceptable, although beds were not comfortable, no shelf in the shower, very cheap bedding. We tried to open the curtains and the rod fell on my friend’s head. Our room was not ready when we checked in, and we were told to leave our luggage in a narrow, unsecured hallway, already filled with other luggage. There were bags of rubbish on the stairs and no one offered to help take our bags to the room. The front desk requires you to leave your key with them anytime you leave the hotel, which is very inconvenient. After we checked out, hotel management falsely accused me of damaging the room when I did absolutely nothing. All we did was sleep in the room for one night. They tried to charge me an extra 50 pounds for nonexistent damage. This is a tourist trap that will try to take advantage of you – I urge tourists not to stay here. Management is simply deceptive. Don’t take the risk.

Would give 1 star but the location in London is prime. The sheets are rough, the décor is tacky and hastily put up, and it appeared as if our door was kicked in at multiple places. Our room smelled of bleach, the radiator was extremely hot(front desk said to just open the window), the pillows are extremely thin, the wifi is slow, and the breakfast room cannot accommodate enough people.
