I like Leon. Simple healthy fresh food. My fav is the chicken, lemon, ginger salad box. Winning.

They serve healthy breakfast until noon. Now that is so much better! Who wants to eat a burger or chips at 10.30am or 11am? Their any breakfast item and a coffee is a great deal at £3.95. Really like this place. Service swift and helpful.

Also wer schnell mal beim Sightseeing was essen möchte, um gleich weiterzuziehen ABER dennoch alles gesund sein soll. Dann Augen auf nach LEON.

Excellent high quality salad. I have wheat and cow milk intolerance and food was fantastic. No problems, quick, not expensive.

Interestingly enough, I had always wanted to try Leon but never got to. After a full year in London, I finally did today. If I could give 3.5 stars, that’s what I’d give. It’s definitely a much healthier alternative to the other fast food restaurants. The chicken and chorizo wrap and baked fries were all solid good. Having said that, it fell short of four stars, because it lacked the spark that I was expecting from this popular brand. Something as simple as a house specialty sauce that gives a kick to the wrap would have done the trick. Seating area in the store is limited, so take note.

It’s a good option for healthy food amidst all the fried fast food around town. I had the original superfood salad, which was £5.75 for eating in(£4.80 for takeaway). It came out exactly as pictured on the menu, which impressed me to no end! The salad is also tasty and very green — it has avocado, green peas, broccoli, cucumber, sesame, sunflower seed and feta cheese. The dressing is lemony and light. I wish we have this in Singapore. Until then i guess i will try to replicate this salad when i get back, which shouldn’t be very hard to do.

Quality fast food in one of the busiest places in London. I’ve never been disappointed with a quick meal from this Leon and recommend the pecan pie especially. For a quick, healthy eat, which won’t drain your wallet, this place is great. It feels a bit chaotic, but I’ve always managed to get a seat. It’s my first choice of place to eat in Regent St!

Good, fast, fresh food. Seemed a bit pricey for what it is, but then again, I’m thinking in American dollars and choking on the exchange rate over here. Regardless of price, I was happy with the food, but wished I had more salad in my salad(generous chicken and avocado portion, but only a tiny bit of lettuce!)

Yesterday I stated it is now one of my firm ambitions to eat at every Leon restaurant and try everything on its menu atleast once! Today I tried the chilli chicken wrap(average to be fair) the fries and garlic dip(yum to the yum) and the lemonade(ok) this place has charm, I heart LEON!

I adore Leon chicken wraps and desserts. It’s so delicious, however upon choosing an rice box dish — I was not impressed by being served overly burnt rice. «Awful» On the contrary expressed my unhappiness with my food to the branch manager who seemed rather unconcerned to remedy the situation, by justifying the burnt rice.

1* for the brekkie, ¾* for their usual service I’ve always been a fan of Leon. Bright shiny healthy looking stores, with bright shiny healthy lunch options themed mainly around(ethically sourced) meat, what’s not to like? I went through a phase of picking lunch up there a couple of times a week, particularly a sucker for their grilled chicken, always moist and tender and served with a tasty spiced brown rice and a 50⁄50 mix of garlicky thick aoili and ruby red sharp chilli sauce. From what I can work out, the quality of the food hasn’t diminished with their gradual rollout, nine sites now and counting, so I’m pleased to report that it’s a chain I can happily recommend, though I don’t go there as much these days. They’ve recently launched a breakfast menu and I popped in to try this last week. With the caveat that I’ve always been happy with the quality here, the breakfast struck an off note for me. A handful of sandwiches plus several porridge options comprise the menu. Brekkie staples plus ‘New York options’(served on rye bread). I went for the bacon, egg and mushroom on nutty granary bread and sadly didn’t think too much of it. A hot sandwich with sliced bread needs to be prepared fresh, as it’ll lose any crunch in the toast seconds after you put it into a storage bag. The fillings had merged together and with the bread gave a rather soggy mess and the disappointing bacon was slightly plasticky and wafer thin. I think that this one might be a rare duff note, certainly something to avoid, unless you miss the notes of motorway service station in your London dining.

I love Leon as an alternative to more unhealthy fast food restaurants. I can definitely recommend the wraps and the breakfast toasties are also good. The wraps can be a bit juicy so pick up a few extra serviettes or it could get messy. The service tends to be good on the whole, although I recently had a member of staff who required training and it did take a long time to get through my order.

Its the first time I came across this chain so my curiousity got the better of me. The«gobi” — a cauliflower and potato mild curry with a pea salad on the side — is the kind of healthy fast food I’d like to see everywhere.

When I first started working in Southwark, my work colleagues suggested this place as I was into healthy eating(I try to). The Leon at Southwark is quite spacious and the crew in there are friendly. They get very busy during lunch time, but the service is fast. The food, well I am a fan of their«Chilli Con Carne» it’s around 6 pounds and its yummy. They serve it with rice and vegetables(cabbage). The portion is good. The«Moroccan meatballs» is worth your money. I am not a fan of their sweet potato falafel. The lemon, ginger and mint quencher is good too. I had mint tea yesterday, and was shocked. I do understand if you have 2 or 3 mint leaves in a cup of tea, but this was like a like a lake during the autumn. I had to literally remove the leaves. Anyway’s the food is worth the money… If you are on Southwark Street I would recommend Leon.

You’ll find a lot of low-fat, wheat-free, dairy-free, and vegetarian options here, so if you’re looking for a reasonably priced healthy meal after browsing the shops on Oxford Street, this is a good choice. There’s nothing special about the décor, but service is good and everything tastes fresh. The kitchen makes good use of seasonal ingredients and fresh herbs and spices. The heat of the sweet potato and cauliflower curry was slightly tempered by a splash of coconut milk, and the Moroccan lamb meat balls in a rich tomato sauce had a refreshing hint of mint. Both were served with rice and a side of cole slaw. With a glass of fresh lemonade and a lemon-ginger-mint quencher and a slice of pecan pie and a dark chocolate tart, our tab was only £20. At the end of the day, Leon donates its leftover food to nearby charities. This policy, plus good food at low prices, makes this highly recommended.

I’ve heard a lot about Leon since moving to London, but hadn’t had a chance to visit until last week. Tasty tasty fare at a reasonable price. I had a chicken wrap and the boy had a chili pulled pork wrap. I sampled his and both were quite tasty! Quick and attentive service and a nice and clean restaurant at a busy time.

…totally exhausted we were searching for a small café. Than we stopped by to walk into this great place of food! We had a kind of couscous with fish and a delicious salad with orange and chicken — it was absolutely the food we were looking for without even knowing we were doing so Thanks a lot for feeding us!

I want to make it clear that I’m reviewing the chain of restaurants, not our fabulous London community manager who would of course get 5 stars! Leon caught onto the healthy eating craze before it was a craze. Raw salads, organic juices and healthy low-fat hot options all combined to bring many fans flocking. However, with so many other option these days, I find myself walking past unless I’m really thirsty and can’t resist one of their juices. Nothing wrong but they’ve lost their unique selling point.

I have just been on the recieving end of a very effective viral marketing campaign that Leon are implementing at the moment, I guess the idea behind it is selling incredibly tasty meatballs. Before today i’d never heard of it however between 12.30 and 1 it was all I was hearing about as not 1 but 2 people in my office had decided to buy the meatballs, add on to that the countless people who were complementing how nice it looked and smelled, I was rendered powerless and immediately leapt accross the road and got some for myself. In a word they were ‘very tasty’(I know there were two words but the meatballs really do merit a break in grammatical conformity). At £5.85 they’re also very reasonably priced considering the location and the quality is far higher than a lot of their competitors. Next up I think i’ll have to sample the curry.

So pleased to discover an outpost of Leon so close to the office! Good and interesting salads etc, fresh juices — just as one would expect — and quite like many others. What raises Leon above the lunch time take away competition in my view, is the quality of the boxed hot meals and wraps. Moroccan meat balls, rice and aoli is a particular favourite. And all at acceptable lunchtime prices. There are also a small number of tables allowing those of you with a little more time, to eat in.
