90% of the times I’ve been there have been during weekday mornings, so please bear this in mind when reading this.
Gonna list some pros and cons of this café :
Pros
— the food is good quality
— nice, fast WiFi
— spacious
Cons
— over-​priced
— the staff are RUDE (apart from the manager. Shame the subordinates don’t follow her lead…).
Been on a weekend date once and the staff member was lovely on that occasion. All the pros were still intact, however. Perhaps a little customer service training wouldn’t go amiss for the weekday staff? Plenty of local colleges offer courses in this. Just a thought!
