Hubby and teenager and I saw the sign for the«Champagne dim-sum tea» when we were wandering around the streets near Harrods, and it seemed like a fun splurge. I wouldn’t say it’s an excellent value at 25GBP per person, but the atmosphere and service were top notch and the food was quite good. Rather than the traditional carts, your dim sum is brought to you on a multi-tiered tray, one piece per person. You’ll leave satisfied but not stuffed, and its a welcome respite from the crowds and hubbub.

The food is really good. Look at reviews on other wesite and you will understand. Loved the dim sum especially the Wasabie Prawns or their diced beef is to kill for!

As far as Chinese restaurants in hotels go in London, this is very good. The Dim Sum chef is a specialist, and these dishes were handmade, and creatively produced. All fried items were crispy & hot when they came out. The beef steak skewers is a must try, as this is the best dim sum dish I’ve had in London in a long time. Atmosphere is what you would expect of hotel, and service is high grade with attentive staff. A more quiet option of having dim sum here than in noisy places in Chinatown. I would recommend it to take a guest from out of town!

This is the worst Chinese restaurant ever !! Probably the worst I’ve ever been to in london! The food is terrible — as if it just came out of the supermarket, the service is terrible — i couldn’t even get someone to add another cup of tea. And it seems as if it’s gonna take forever to get all my dishes on the table. This IS a place of dining nightmare
