This restaurant is permanently out of chilli cheese fries and gravy for the mash; BUT it’s a part of the deals, hence you are stuck with fries.
Asked TWICE for new fries as they were cold both times.
Not going back here, shame on you KFC — SHAME.ON.YOU.
P. S.: You napkin holders smell weird.

No idea how this place is not 1 star. It is filthy everywhere, the restroom is out of order and even worse the food is terrible. The chicken is dry and tasteless. It tasted like the food had been sitting in a warmer for hours. Do yourself a favor and go get some mcnuggets from McDonald’s across the street or go somewhere else for chicken. I would never go back to this filth hole.

This is a good size KFC with a drive thru, right next to Cheshire Oaks shopping village. I work on the nearby business park and come here for lunch as a sneaky treat every now and then.
