This is where I’m registered with a GP so I have had a lot of experience with them.
Apart from a few incidents when I was given the wrong time of my appointments over the phone, there isn’t much critique I could give this particular place as I guess it’s the system that makes their work take so long (first the wait for appointments is long and then the wait for test results.)
The staff are nice and mostly supportive which is nice.
However, I was once dismissed as healthy by one doctor and it turned out I had a skin condition that needed treatment.
I prefer private doctors ever since.
