I pass by James Gubb every morning on my way to work. I always take a moment to watch the owner display the meats as it intrigues me how much he loves his shop. You can see this in the way that he carefully displays the meat, keeps his shop clean, and welcomes everyone who stops in. It’s a small butcher shop, and you often have to ask if they have what you want. It’s so small, in fact, that you sometimes have to call in or stop by and tell him that you’d like to request a specific type of meat for the next day. This can sometimes be an inconvenience, but I really enjoy it. How many people can say that they call their butcher and ask him to order for them and have ready what they want for the next day? I CAN! =)
