This review is 100% honest.
I went to have my appointment through a wowcher deal.
Got there and got sat on the chair, the lady who dealt with me did not speak English at all but could tell me I had to pay £20 extra because of my over the shoulder hair. I said fair enough sure.
I asked her for the same highlights I had, near enough to the same colour if not just slightly lighter but no major difference. My roots were showing bad do I wanted it done. She didn’t know how to ask me if I wanted thick or thin layers in the end I just said yes to a demonstration of something not really understanding it. When it came to the cut someone had to translate to me what she was saying and vise versa. SHE DID NOT SHOW ME A SWATCH. it was a battle speaking to her so i didn’t request but she should always have offered this.
I sat with the highlights in and the lady came to look after a little while saying «we take them out now» only to go away, attend another client and leave my hair in longer. Making it blonder. It was 15 minutes longer if not more.
Went to wash my hair finally by a guy who had literally just walked in to say hi to the guys working because apparently the lady was too busy?
I had water ALL down my back. I did have those black thinks to cover me but the way the chair was positioned maybe. Or he just didn’t know how to wash hair? I don’t know either way I told them and all they did was put a towel there and let me sit with a wet back while my hair was getting done.
It turned out so bad. I’m not a white person so it really doesn’t look nice on me with majorly blonde highlights that cover my whole head. the roots are so bad too! They’re disgusting. She did them so far back! Too embarrassed to say anything but when I came home and tied my hair up I noticed how far back the roots were and uneven they were.

I made a hair appointment 2 weeks in advance, phoned to confirm the appointment and on the day they did not have me in the book and made out like it was my mistake. Very rude and awful place!
