I love eating here each time I’m at training in London. Love the sushi boxes — quick grab and go — filling. Have tried the chicken noodle pot which was gorgeous– warmed me up with the spices and heat.

Excellent choice for a quick healthy meal. The sushi surprised me. It was great and tasted fresh. Vast selection of natural juices and smoothies. I had a smoothie and I always also really good. Nice environment as well. I will definitely eat there again.

Itsu is your best option for a healthy and quick lunch in Angel.
I have just joined the gym in Angel and Itsu is now my best option to go for lunch before/​after gym as is an affordable, easy and quick option to grab a bite.
Their potsus are quite nice and you have three or four different to chose from, including rice or noodles, chicken, veggie or duck… They also have a nice selection of sushi, drinks and some healthy desserts. And a loyalty card: you can get your 10 potsu for free.
The place looks newly decorated and clean, with a nice touch of candlelight everywhere!

This itsu gets romantic. As in all out candle bonanza. It’s also newly decorated and clean!
The fare is as usual… They have the dumplings, which I have been told is no longer available at all itsus. Sad face.

Itsu’s OK you know. If you’re after something quick in the area that isn’t:
a) a sandwich
b) a burrito
Then you should come here.
I can’t say their chicken pot-​su was the best chicken+noodle+broth combination I’ve ever tasted but it hit the spot last Sunday when I had a nasty hangover.

Green teas served up in glass tea pots.
Pumpkin seed salads, fro-​yo with fruit toppings, hot udon noodle soups.
Chocolate covered rice cakes.
Eat in/​take away.
Lunch+ dinner.
The ground floor vertex of the «Japanese”-chain-trio in the Angel N1 centre (Yo Sushi and Wagamama upstairs). This is definitely the best speedy option for an efficient in-​out. It’s earned its place.
